I was able to speak candidly, received good guidance when I asked, and all documents requested from me were clear with reasonable deadlines. The only critique I could offer is that as a first time homebuyer I knew nothing about the process. It seemed some things were glossed over as common knowledge but since I've never had a mortgage there were a few more surprises than I'd have liked. When I asked questions staff were helpful, but I didn't always know what questions I needed to ask.

From the very start I was impressed! This was our first home purchase and we were assigned to Jim, Paul and Amy. They made the process seamless & easy. From working with my poor credit history to nailing down what information we needed to get to the underwriter they handled everything. What could have been such a stress filled time seemed to fly by. Jim even got us taken care of when the appraisal came in less than our offer and we had to put less down on our FHA loan. I highly recommend PRM
