James was amazing and so helpful for purchasing my first home! He met with me on short notices many times and was constantly looking for new homes popping up. He was very knowledgeable of the market and the different areas. He learned what I liked and what I didn't like about home very quickly when i wasn't sure myself. This was our fist home buying experience and James made it a very easy, pleasant one. He always had our back and was looking out for us.He was easily accessible . He insisted on a roof inspection from a roofing company, even after the home inspector didn't note anything about it being in disrepair. This extra inspection found the south side to be in very poor shape. Jim was great to work with. He helped us buy a great new house in Gunbarrel under asking price. Then he turned around and helped us sell our townhouse in the off season (November/December) in the slowest market Boulder has seen in quite some time.
Jim is one of a kind realtor. There is no one I would trust more. I was able to get a wide variety of homes that all fit into my price range. My biggest difficulty was to decide which one I would want the most.
