Jimmy was great the first and second time around! After closing on my first home, he reached out several months later, informing me of lower interest rates and the possibility of saving some $. After going through the legwork, which was simple since we had done it so recently, I was able to shave off a loan payment and a couple hundred dollars per month...making it even less per month than I was paying as a renter! All around great experience!
