The team that is currently in place was less than accurate in their follow through. Communication was not as I have experienced in the past. Having done numerous loans with you and having recommended a number of individuals to work with you, I would have thought it was going to be smoother, easier, and more pleasant when rough spots came about.

This was a tough mortgage. There were technical issues. There were mistakes. There were delays. And when I shared my frustrations with friends, they were quick to refer me to their mortgage broker that doesn't have any issues. Hopefully my friends who I refer wont have the same issues.
