We were very pleased with the service overall. In particular we felt that James kept us well informed and updated from the start and made the whole process very easy for us. He also arranged for a notary to come to the house to finish the process so we did not have to leave home in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Communication was done over the phone and with email so the fact that we were in different, distant states made no difference to our experience.
