James White was extremely professional and kind while working for our refinance loan. He was well informed and in constant touch throughout the process. He kept an eye on rates and contacted us back once rates dipped after we missed the initial opportunity to lock in the rates before they crept up. We got an excellent rate with extremely low fees and entire process took around 20 days from start to close. I highly recommenced James White and would contact him again for my future mortgage needs.
Super fast and easy process! Mostly worked online and by email so work day was minimally interrupted. Jimmy was very quick to reply to our questions and patiently walked us through every step.

The lender was very quick to process all the requests. James tried to explain the loan clearly and whenever I asked questions he didn't spare his time until I'm fully understood. All the transaction was over the phone or emails but there was nothing uncomfortable.
