Jimmy was absolutely fantastic to work with! I have worked with him financing multiple homes and will continue to use him in the future. He walked me through every step of the loan process and explained everything thoroughly. He was extremely responsive with calls, texts, and emails and easy to work, giving me frequent updates along the way. He is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and assured at all times. We worked with Jimmy once for a refinance, and a second time for an investment property. He gave us great advice which helped us win the bid on our investment property. He was prompt to turn around new documents as needed. He provided links to a web app for tracking all of our document requests, so it was easy to stay organized. We hope to work with Jimmy again in the near future.

I don’t know where to begin. I was so scared as this was my first home! Jimmy made the process so easy and was extremely patient with me! I need a lot of detail, and he was able to give me that. He told me to trust him, and that he’s got me. And sure enough, he did. He educated me along the way and took time to help me understand any questions or concerns I had. I really don’t think I could have had a better experience.
