Before i started working with Jimmy i was using a different lender that left me confused at times and with unanswered questions. I approached Jimmy with these questions and by end of day i had switched to him as my lender. Everything was answered with 100% clarity and honesty! This is the third time I work with Jimmy. I did do some shopping around for rates though, and James had the lowest rate. But what really make the difference is how easy it is to work with Jimmy and his team. they are professional, prompt, and very helpful.

We were referred to Jimmy by a friend. And we started working with him on June 25. He set expectations that we it would be a longer process than normal, and we would close first week of August. Jimmy and his entire team made our loan process as smooth as we could have hoped. Throughout the journey Jimmy and team would check in and give status updates, communicate required documents in a very timely manner and explained the "why's" behind the "what's". He was incredibly invested in our homeownership journey and made the entire process a lot more comfortable. A friend recommended Jimmy to me when the time came to refinance my house. He was great! Very responsive and provided me with options that had lower interest rates and lower closing costs than I expected. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or refinance.
