Jimmy was the most responsive loan officer I have worked with. He kept me in the loop with all of the updates around COVID-19 and quickly answered any questions that I had during a time of turmoil. The entire refinance process with Jimmy was very smooth and incredibly fast! I have shopped around but the rates at eClick lending have been the lowest (by far). I have been just as happy with the service from the entire team. I highly recommend Jimmy and the team at eClick to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

James was incredibly great to work with through my refinance. He's extremely responsive on both email and phone/text and always answered my questions quickly. He's thorough, friendly, and took care of me. He worked hard to get me the best rate and to keep my closing costs low. He's even checking in on me as my loan is transferred to another lender. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage loan or refinance.

James was recommended by a friend who helped my sister with her home purchase. Have heard a lot of great things from him! He is easy to reach, very responsive and he explains things well. I called and started the refi, I think in a week, everything’s done! I was shocked how smooth and easy that was. I love the explanations and milestones on how you get notified and what stage you are in in the process. I was referred to James from a friend with a great review. At that moment I was starting to work with my original loan officer but it seemed he was too busy and short with his answers. So I reached out to James White and he explained everything in detail for my refinance. He gave me all the options I was looking for and made the experience amazing. James helped me with a lot of financing and refinancing so far. He always works very hard to find me the best possible option and best rate. In spite of my loan being locked, he brought the rate lower when the market changed. It is easy to finance an easy loan. A more difficult loan, needs an experience loan officer such as James.
