James had a very difficult task of refinancing me out of a current loan that I shared with my ex wife along with finding me a loan that would work with being self employed. James came through like a champion helping me secure a loan when it looked like there was no hope. I recommend James for all your lending needs even if you think you don’t have a shot He will work relentlessly and exhaust all avenues for you.

Couldn’t be happier with my service. Started refi with another lender, was unhappy with the attention I was receiving. Got jimmy from a referral, a buddy that was super happy with him. Was amazed at how available he made himself. Start to finish was three weeks. I think time span proves how hard he worked, he’s they only referral I’ll give out.

7/2018 Rental property- This was my second time refinancing with Jimmy. Received a great rate and process is extremely stream lined. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.
