This was an extremely painless process. James was always just a click or phone call away, even once when he was on vacation. From beginning to end I was fully informed of the status of my loan. And the whole transaction happened very quickly. I highly recommend James and his team.
I've used Jimmy and his team twice for personal refinances, one on our residence and one on a rental home. Both loans closed with minimal hassles. In fact, on the second loan there were no additional requirements upon loan approval--I can't remember that ever happening in my 30 years in the business.

Jimmy is incredibly reliable, and works hard to make sure all your needs are met. Every time I had a question, he responded to me with an answer within minutes. Jimmy made the loan process seamless, and easy to understand. I have high expectations, and Jimmy met and surpassed all of them. I highly recommend him!
