I have refinanced mortgages more a dozen times over the last decade, but this was the first time working with ECLICK Lending. In short, my experience was excellent. Jimmy White, Senior Loan Officer, led the refinance process and I found Jimmy to be a hard working, responsive, and pragmatic advocate. I would certainly use ECLICK in the future.
I was expecting a higher interest rate than what I was able to get. Jimmy made sure to explain everything thoroughly to me and I appreciated his quick responses when I had a question. I would very satisfied!
