The upper management isn't the greatest and corporate surly isn't. The restaurant has an alright atmosphere just lacking in some ethics. Not somewhere I'd return to work for in the future. Favoritism runs very rapid through the Tyler Jimmys! Never had a manager that talks trash about customers and employees to other customers or employees! We came in (10/2/21) at 11:30, were told by the hostess that it was a 15-20 wait, then watched as 3 other parties that walked in after us and were seated immediately. There were several empty tables available and visible, in spite of the large crowd. This has happened twice. This time we walked out and will not come back.
My family came in to eat breakfast and had a terrible experience. We waited for ten minutes and were sat at a table. After an hour long wait, I asked the manager why our food wasn’t out. I also noticed that many people that came on after us already received their food. The manager said there was a ‘computer glitch’ and the food wasn’t put in the system. The food looked great on our plates when it finally came , but when we started to eat it wasn’t even hot. My wife’s was cold. They really need to work on the expediting of peoples food. The whole counter was full of plates ready to go out and no one was doing it. We saw two tables leave due to know one came by to take there orders. They need to work more efficiently.
