I WAS IN A LOT OF DOUBT IF WE SHOULD REFINANCE MY LOAN BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT COULD NOT BE DONE, BECAUSE BY THE PANDEMIC MANY COMPANIES AND SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED. HOWEVER THROUGH COSTCO I FOUND JINETTE LINDEROS WHO CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS, I ADVANCE THAT I WAS GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME (2 WEEKS) BUT SHE MADE IT POSSIBLE. JINETTE ACHIEVED TO LOWER 1% THE INTEREST OF MY LOAN. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL HER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
I just want to thank you and everyone involved for all the hard work that was put in to help create a better financial situation for myself and for my family. I also want to thank everyone for going the extra mile for me to get this process done with all the unforeseen obstacles that were in place, still providing great customer service and making this experience the best one possible for me.
