They did a great job replacing my sky light.
J & J installed a new roof on my house and replaced a damaged gutter. They also repaired the soffit and trim underneath the gutter. The crew was on time, worked quickly and was very professional. The cleanup was fantastic which was important to me because I found nails and pieces of shingles in my driveway and yard from my neighbor's roof replacement for up to a year after it was done by another company. Good service, good quality and knowledge reps. Came when they said they would and completed job in one day. This is the third time I have used them. Previous times were to repair leaks, this time to install new roof.
I contacted the company via email Friday night and Patrick was here by Saturday afternoon to repair the roof. I was very pleased with his friendliness, professionalism, and prompt response. He took pictures of the roof and emailed them to me so I could see exactly what was going on. I’ll be contacting J&J in the summer for a new roof and gutters. I highly recommend this company!
Got 3 estimates on replacing the roof on my 2-car garage plus add gutters. J&J was quick to respond and come out to bid on the job. While not the lowest price, it was much less than the highest bid and salesman Joe was far more professional to deal with with no pressure tactics like all the others. J&J worked around my schedule, and when time came for install, roofing crew was fast, courteous and cleaned up the entire area. I had an urgent repair needed on my roof. And J&J roofing came out to give me a very reasonable estimate and then returned Quickly to complete the job.
This is the second job J&J has done for me. Everyone very nice to work with. Great job! Very satisfied!
They responded quickly to my call for service on my roof. A convenient date was set for the work which was done to my satisfaction. $150.00 for about half an hour of patch work is a ridiculous rate, but I know that is what is commonly charged these days. Could have been worse.
This is the second time I have called J & J. They respond immediately, quote fairly and do great work. I highly recommend!
