JJ, worked well with me and kept me updated on the progress and process. The lending institution was relatively strict about getting a copy of my first paycheck when I had no control over this. They had a copy of my employment contract in hand but still needed a copy of the paystub. This brought my stress level very high . This was the only negative I can recall regarding this transaction
