John was great to work with! He was very attentive to the specifics of our loan application, and did everything possible to make it turn out well. John is very attentive and open to answering questions. He would wait until I got out of work to have a phone call to ask him a series of questions at different stages of the Escrow process. A nice gesture of his part was when we went to sign to close Escrow, John actually drove to the title company and stayed with us until the loan portion was signed. He gave us many useful tips and advice for the future course of the loan such as when to refinance. I truly value his professionalism.
