I have replaced roofs and gutters in the last 30 years with 3 homes and I have to say working with J&K has been the best experience ever. The most important aspect for me is Communication. I have lived in my home for over 30 years and in that time and recently, I had J&K replace my roof. ****, who was my main contact, was right there through the whole process in the most caring and professional way. J&K roofing and specifically **** ****** did an absolutely amazing job with my new roof, siding repairs, paint and coordinating repairs with my insurance company. There really isn't a nicer more competent choice someone could make if they need a new roof and have other damage from hail. The process was easy, the roof was done in a day and all the painting and siding repairs were scheduled quickly and done in a day too as well as help scheduling and getting a new garage door. J&K Roofing was absolutely fantastic to work with. They replaced our old wood shake roof with new impact rated shingles. **** was our contact and he did a great job talking us through the options and answering all of our questions. I really appreciate the time the crew took to keep our yard clean from the debris of the roofing job. **** even personally went over our yard multiple times with a magnet to ensure the area was safe for kids go play.

We were very glad we chose J&K Roofing to fix our roof, gutters, screens, and painting of the whole house. *** *******, the project manager came to our house and went over everything with us. The crews kept in good contact with us. After the work was done, the craftmanship was excellent. The paint job was really good, and *** went to the mat for us with the insurance company to make sure we had no out of pocket over the deductible. That was amazing and we are truly thankful for that. The roofing company did a very good job. I recommend them. Cleanup was efficient. The director kept me well informed and addressed my concerns efficiently.The director of the gutters was a bit less accommodating.
