**** ***** was our project manager from JK Roofing. He helped us above and beyond with a huge hail claim. Working with our insurance company, constantly sending photos and reports to get everything replaced. All of his trades and contractors were professional prompt and left workplace picked up. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and in this day and age where customer service is so lacking, **** was the exception. We strongly recommend JK Roofing and ask for **** *****!
I highly recommend J&K Roofing. *** was the main contact for all aspects of Roof replacements on 4 properties. Excellent communication though out the entire process on all 4. Negotiated with the insurance company, start to finish. Very knowledgeable in every way, crew did excellent work and very timely. This company is very thorough, great attention to detail. Was a completely pain free experience dealing with *** and the J&K Roofing crew.
My home was recently re-roofed by ************* was also installed, and the gutters and drip spouts were replaced. ******* Martorell **** was my project manager. He did an excellent job of explaining the claim and roofing process. He was thorough and responsive. We do not live close to the home that needed roofing, gutters and paint. J&K Roofing helped us with pictures and amazing communication throughout the project. JK Roofing managed a hail damage repair project at my home including roof repairs, window replacements, stucco repairs and painting. **** ***** was the project manager, and handled the entire project very professionally. He kept me updated with schedule, planned activities and handled all repair teams. The quality of work has been excellent.I highly recommend **** and JK Roofing.
I usually do not write reviews, but I am so impressed with J&K Roofing and especially our Project Manager ***** ****. Not one thing went wrong. New roof, windows, and house painted. Each of the subcontractors that were hired by J&K ******************** were excellent. A Lot of work was completed in just under 4 months 'in the winter'. The roof was completed in just one day. J&K had two teams on the roof that day because a snow storm was predicted they finished just as the sun went down and the flakes were starting to fly.
