After getting in a mess with another roofing company, Chris **** and J and K Roofing were the solution I needed. He was upfront and very customer service oriented, which is what I needed after the previous company was all about their profit. He explained costs, prices, products and timeline throughout the process. He was able to upgrade the product on my roof to a top of the line weather resistant product for the same cost as the other roofing company was going to charge me for a lesser cost shingle. J & K Roofing gets my vote! We had a small leak that manifested itself via a drip of water in our unfinished basement. It seemed to only leak when it snowed and not when it rained. We always get at least two quotes on repairs such as this might be. The first roofing company inspected the roof and told us that the leak was because of a flashing/boot that needed to be replaced. I spent a lot of time researching roofing companies before deciding on three to give me quotes. J&K was not the cheapest but they were the only company to suggest a new way of effectively ventilating my attic space using a product called "Deck Air." I do not have any soffits on my 1939 brick home where traditional vents would be installed to allow air flow up to the roof vents. J & K Roofing replaced our roof in early fall. This was the second time we have used J & K. They were extremely helpful in assisting us with navigating through the insurance claim process. They were on time and didn’t leave until the job was finished. I would highly recommend them. They even returned to repaint our roof vents to a different color, per our request. Great work! Great company!

J&K were phenomenal to work with. They completed our multi-unit roofing, skylight, and painting project efficiently and did an excellent job. They were attentive to all the details. They listened to all our concerns, followed up quickly and fully on any issues we found, and answered all our questions. They coordinated all the subcontractors as well, which saved us time. J*K roofing are fabulous gave us a quote since our insurance would not cover our roof said to old they came the first week in June did the installation in one day and the clean up was great never knew they were there we have already referred them and 2 of our friends have also used them. I have been totally impressed working with J and K. The agent we worked will (Dillon) was attentive and responsive readily to all concerns and questions. I cannot give a higher than 5 of 5 stars but would if given the chance. Excellent from beginning to end. Last time I used and out of state contractor and they did well but staying in the area felt better and this company fully lived up to it's reputation.

I live in Las Vegas but bought a home in Denver, Colorado. When it came time to sell the home I needed to have the roof repaired. Chris at J&K Roofing was recommended to me. I could not have been more please. Chris handled everything by phone. He was honest and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish all repairs could be this easy. The price was fair and the service was excellent.
