We recently (April 2020) had our hail-damaged roof completely replaced by J&K Roofing. It’s about 5000 sq ft. J&K was very efficient and very complete; they had a ten-man crew out here as soon as weather permitted and there were no holdups. They were very courteous, were observant of COVID restrictions, and did a great job of cleaning up trash, especially nails. After getting in a mess with another roofing company, Chris **** and J and K Roofing were the solution I needed. He was upfront and very customer service oriented, which is what I needed after the previous company was all about their profit. He explained costs, prices, products and timeline throughout the process. J & K Roofing gets my vote! We had a small leak that manifested itself via a drip of water in our unfinished basement. It seemed to only leak when it snowed and not when it rained. We always get at least two quotes on repairs such as this might be. The first roofing company inspected the roof and told us that the leak was because of a flashing/boot that needed to be replaced. I spent a lot of time researching roofing companies before deciding on three to give me quotes. J&K was not the cheapest but they were the only company to suggest a new way of effectively ventilating my attic space using a product called "Deck Air." I do not have any soffits on my 1939 brick home where traditional vents would be installed to allow air flow up to the roof vents. J & K Roofing replaced our roof in early fall. This was the second time we have used J & K. They were extremely helpful in assisting us with navigating through the insurance claim process. They were on time and didn’t leave until the job was finished. I would highly recommend them. They even returned to repaint our roof vents to a different color, per our request. Great work! J&K were phenomenal to work with. They completed our multi-unit roofing, skylight, and painting project efficiently and did an excellent job. They were attentive to all the details.
