Will not use again. I could go on, but high points are: Did not always show on scheduled days- without notice; ordered a heater that did not work with existing lines because no one bothered to check before we put a deposit down (did refund that deposit though). Paid for a leak detection to be done on a skimmer line and for the pump for our cleaner line, they dug up the concrete where the leak was only to find no pipes in that area. Everything. They dug the hole for our pool in June. 6 months later, we thought it was almost done. We have had problems with the pump system, the cool decking cracked, the landscaping company they used was awful but very expensive. J&M were quick to cash our checks and quick to put us on the back burner the entire time. We were told we would receive a “survey” when the job was done. We never got one because they know they did a shitty job.
Last spring Richard replaced our pool liner. Due to scheduling issues he did the work entirely himself. He was terrific! Over the course of the summer the liner slipped a bit. This morning Richard returned and repaired the slippage. He actually went over the whole pool and tightened it. I want to thank him for all he has done for us. I have an in ground pool. J&M converted it to salt and installed the control panel. Was getting a very small electric shock intermittently from the pool light whether it was on or off. J&M came out, stuck their hands in the pool by the light, didn’t feel anything, and left. No checkout of the control panel. Nothing. Very poor service in my opinion.
