I went into J&M Pool supply to shop for a filter and spa jets, unfortunately they did not have any in stock however Debbie instead of leaving it there called around to another pool supply store to see if they had what I needed in stock. She did not have to do that but because she did I will definitely consider them for our future purchases.

I had a technician come to my house to give me a quote for monthly service. We are new into this house and also new to the pool equipment. I do have several dogs. They are not the kind of dogs to swim in a pool. The technician asked me several times if the dogs will be in the pool? I told him I didn't think so because they were never in the pool and our old house. But I could not guarantee that they would not be in the pool. The technician refused to give me a quote. This pool store has provided great service to us this past summer for parts, repairs, chemicals and water tests - until today. I was just advised by their attendant that their owners have decided that if I get a water test and don't buy any chemicals that the test will cost $10. The $10 is due even if the test doesn't show any required chemicals. I've spent well over $1000 this summer. Any chemicals that I needed I bought from them. I'm taking my business elsewhere- Summer Breeze here I come.
