I was calling because of a problem with my Gap payment appearing to be unpaid and my finance person had put me into collections because of it and with one phone call the lady that assisted me was able to provide me not only the answers listen to my venting as well as provide me with the needed documentation to prove my point so as to have the negative balance removed from my credit I truly truly appreciate great customer service.
