Claim was settled quickly. Just had to send in all the paperwork. Did not have any trouble with it at all.

I had the pleasure of working with Nadine to settle my Gap claim. She was prompt with all my return calls and very informative. Things I did not understand she made sure I did by the end of our conversation. Great customer service and knowledge.
Never had a Car Accident in my Entire Life. A Tree fell on top of my Car as I was driving Home. My Agent ***** with MyGapClaim was AWESOME. He was quick, courteous and professional and answered all of my questions via email within minutes of me sending them. I give him 5 Stars.

Danny@mygapclaim made this not so good experience surprisingly good. While I wasn't actually able to receive any financial assistance in the loss of my vehicle, I was however filled with a ton of UNDERSTANDABLE and informational knowledge not just on how Gap works but also the other area's that effect these decisions.... I have the warranty and my mom has the same warranty. Ontario Volvo and the insurance company has always taken good care of us. I do not live in the same state of my mom and it is great that they handle car problems.
