Just received my Top Side And it came with no instructions. Screwed all the bolts in the wrong way now I have to buy new lock Washers . These are not grade 8 bolts there some cheap china made bolts 5 out of 16 broke just from tightening them. Come on people at JMC I spent $1500 on this and no instructions? Really China made bolts come on you can do better than that. Yeah I’m not Happy but oh well right .
I bought a 9k pound lift from them about a month ago and I have been satisfied with it. Everything from placing my order to making sure I got everything that I ordered was taken care of by phil. I will decently buy more equipment from them.

Great experience with the company. Product was delivered to the freight house on time. I’m not impressed with the freight company getting it to me but that is a different review. The product did arrive as described and Phil followed up with a call to make sure i had it and there were no issues. Very good customer oriented company.
