RecommendedI do not recommend a provider at the Lincoln Location. I have been a customer for over a year, made an appointment at the Lincoln location, due to Omaha being booked. That's 1 hour 40 minute drive, there was an accident on the way to Lincoln I called them to inform them that there was an accident and my new ETA said I was going to be 7 minutes late, they said I have a 5 minute grace period. Receptionist “Maddie” has no problem contacting her boyfriend to inform him that an ex of his is scheduled to get medical treatments. Seems like a blatant HIPPA violation and super unprofessional for her to be contacting people outside of the med spa to inform them of who and what is being done to clients.
DO NOT GET THE PRP UNDEREYE TREATMENT IT HAS MADE MY UNDER EYE CIRCLES WORSE . I HABE HAD 2 TREATMENTS AND MY UNDER EYES ARE FAR WORSE THAN BEFORE.

I had a microneedling treatment the staff was friendly but 2 days later my eyes are swollen on the top and bottom, it looks like I got punched in the face.

good day. I want to share my experience with you. I went to the clinic of the headquarters in omaha where they injected me with hyaluronic acid, my nose was totally irritated, burned expelled blood. since they injected me very badly and very close to my nose, causing this damage. I do not recommend it!
Would not recommend. One time on 10/12 and my Botox has completely worn off on ONE SIDE of my forehead already and my 11’s disappeared. Don’t waste your $$ and go somewhere else local instead 🤷🏻♀️
