After a brief conversation with the electrician he knew exactly what the problem was. It took a couple days to coordinate with the electric company but the problem was fixed in 10 minutes afterwards.
I was impressed that this company did more than solve the immediate problem of the water drain, they actually installed a pump to prevent a repeat of the issue in the future. This was the third time in six years that the water damage occurred, but the first time this company was sent to resolve the problem.
