My mom uses them for repairs and maintenance (and upgrading) and now that I've purchased my home, have used them to check out the HVAC and some electrical and do some repairs. They are fantastic and I will use them for any future problems and maintenance on my home. The whole staff is great and the guys know what they're doing. I won't go anywhere else.
After a brief conversation with the electrician he knew exactly what the problem was. It took a couple days to coordinate with the electric company but the problem was fixed in 10 minutes afterwards.
I was impressed that this company did more than solve the immediate problem of the water drain, they actually installed a pump to prevent a repeat of the issue in the future. This was the third time in six years that the water damage occurred, but the first time this company was sent to resolve the problem. I was impressed also that when the blower was not coming on (after hours) and the place began to heat up quickly that they returned and resolved the problem right then, rather than waiting until the next morning.
