I worked with Jo DYESS at Waterstone Mortgage Co. to buy a house and she was great! Very personable, knowledgeable and always helpful and available to ask questions or address any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend her and Waterstone if I were to buy another house.

As a first time home buyer, all the paperwork was overwhelming, but am glad I landed in the right hands and Jo helped me get the loan approved and get the best rate possible. I am thankful for them and hope they continue to help other future home buyers.

Let me be completely upfront, I am a first time home buyer and Joe was extremely helpful. Jo, Took the time and explained anything every question I had thank you so much Jo!! Anytime my wife or I ever hear anybody even mention about looking for a new home for a second home refinancing we will always recommend Jo now. You can't improve on perfection. This was not the first time I worked with Jo. The reason I came back to her is because she dots every "I" and crosses every "T" -- she kept me informed as to every step of the process, if I didn't understand something, I would e-mail and have an answer immediately. She is a gift!
