Joan was so wonderful and professional. Joan is truly amazing at her job. She was so patient, understanding and caring. I highly recommend her to help anyone. We had a lot of Hurdles to work through due to the property. Jon guided us every step of the way on how to deal with things and we were able to accomplish things in order to get to the end.
