Joanna communicated great and saved the day at the end. I wish I would have known that my wife had to sign even though the loan was in my name. She works at the hospital and it is very difficult for her to leave with no notice. I did not find out she had to sign until the day of closing. Also, I did not have a time scheduled for closing until the day prior to close. Joanna swooped in and made things happen but I wish that never had to happen.
