Joanna was great and followed through with what she said she would do. I was not too pleased with have my case move from person to person. I had to keep telling the new person the same thing I told the past person. The new person seemed to not have any idea of what had been done and what needed to be done. Due to this, the appraisal was not scheduled even though I had paid for it at the start of process. Joanna did come in at the end and get everything completed, so I could close on 2nd date set.

Felt like I had to follow up on things more this time over last loan we did. I suspect pandemic played a factor in this.

My realtor said that Churchill Mortgage was the easiest mortgage company she had ever worked with. Many of the problems she has encountered with mortgage companies, she did not have with Churchill Mortgage. Joanna was great at answering any questions we had during the process.
