The constant communication was great. Joanna was always ready and willing to answer any questions that I needed, and was really awesome about making desired changes to our loan amount when we couldn’t find a house for the original amount requested, and then even the down payment amount too when the economy went down the toilet and we weren’t sure if my husband would still have his job or not.
