Joanna and Nancy were great. I have bought many houses over the 29 yrs i have been an insurance agent with my own business. I have never had trouble with having a company count all of my income. I pay myself a salary and the rest of everything comes to me in dividends. Churchill underwriters would not count all of my income, which was very upsetting, because it obviously is counted on my tax returns. This could have stopped the loan but had to take a long $75. test and changes.

I missed my closing date by 8 days, which caused extra stress and complications for many people. It seems the reason was waiting on the appraisal company. I wish someone at Churchill Mortgage would have been staying on top of the appraisal company to keep everyone on schedule. There also was a ridiculous amount of paperwork. Joanna and Leslie were both very professional and pleasant to work with, and Leslie did step up to make sure the closing wasn’t delayed any more.
