I did not know what to to anticipate in regards to purchasing my first home. I really did not believe i could do it. At times i was tremendously engulfed in a mountain of worry and stress. Joanna literally held my hand through the entire process! She let me call her whenever i was feeling disheartened and that alone was so helpful through the process. Also, they made it super easy to submit documents as needed through the on line portal. I found it to be exceptionally convenient. I love them!

I think for us it was a little stressful because there was so much excess paperwork, It felt like some things could be condensed more. There were also some frustration with the first time mortgage changing their minds and requiring more at the last minute. Some of the requirements felt a little bit uncomfortable as they were difficult to obtain from Victor’s job or required a lot of private information.
