About 2 months into the process your company had a personal problem which caused the loan to be reprocessed and two people to be fired and then one to be hired back and Joe be appointed. to my account. No, it was not the original account but a new account at a higher interest rate. Your underwriters kept loosing documents I sent requiring me to send the same document two and three times which resulted in it taking 19 months to refinance my house. Information should be explained as it is sent in email. When figures are sent that are different when you read them than what you thought you heard, it creates a question of trust between the individuals. Overall the experience was fine , but delays in the process due to differences in the communications prolonged the process.

Better communication. We are still waiting on interest money that the title company mistakenly sent to our old lender, and were told to pursue it ourselves. YOU hired the title company, so YOU should be the one taking care of this situation. 🤬 I was told many times that you are swamped with applications. I want to remind you that YOU called us. We didn't even know you handled mortgages.

This deal took forever to put together . Communication with the support staff was inconsistent and inaccurate on several things . The notary that was sent to my home was an absolute nightmare and completely was impossible to communicate with . She did not provide the coupons I was instructed she would have and had no knowledge of what I was even asking about . Overall I would not recommend these services . Joe did his best to explain things BUT everyone else dropped the ball.

There were multiple times that fees and costs increased that were not visible to me,the customer. There were constant changes to what I would be paying out of pocket and new charges that consumed my account. The process does not make fees transparent and visible to me. Up to the last minute and even the day after we closed, I was still receiving surprises about the way each step in the process would cost me. There were too many middle men involved, each getting money from me. fees fees fees

I don’t like pushy sales and once again although he did his job I do not like pushy fast talking folks My wife refuses to even listen when he talks So we will not be doing this again
