The simple fact the Joe was always pushing to keep things moving and was continually keeping me up to date on the progress. The other thing that made the experience good was that no matter what the time was or day it was Joe would always get back to me in a very fast and timely manner.

The information from the one on one phone calls from Joe gave us a lot of information that we used to make decisions! The overall time of the process was longer than expected and the fact that we had to email or call constantly about updates were a little frustrating. But again the information and help from Prisila made it where we would definitely tell others to use Novus for future needs.
