Joe is the only mortgage officer you need to talk to. Joe used his expert knowledge of the market to find me the lowest possible rate and also pushed his team to close faster than was originally planned. I would recommend Joe to anyone and will be sure to use him again.

Joe Fazzini was the best loan officer! He made the process super easy with no issues. He was very professional and kept the ball rolling on the whole process. I went to him as soon as i knew i was going to need a house. He got me pre approved and a month and a half later, i have my home! The best thing about Joe was that he was available all the time. Joe Fazzini is the best Lending Officer in the Indianapolis area. He is very professional and responsive to any and all questions throughout the refinancing process. Joe also continually monitored markets and was able to lock us in at the lowest possible interest rate, far below our expectations.
