Joe was extremely helpful and patient with me during the process. Since Tim and Joe Lombardo work as a team, I worked with Tim in the beginning and Joe toward the end. Joe helped me when there was a snafu with the appraisal. He found a way to make it work out! The whole Lombardo team is amazing (Gillian, in particular, was awesome) and went above and beyond, even when there were small hiccups. I'd highly recommend them. They made the mortgage process easy!

We were so glad that Joe and his team served as our lander for our home purchase. Joe is well organizer and always available for any questions. We were able to lock in on low interest rate. He also worked closely with underwriters to make sure that there are not any issues that would prevent us from purchasing this home. Joe was great. We are a first time homebuyer and answered every question we could possibly have all the way through the process. We made several offers on houses and no matter what time of day or weekends, was always quick to respond to get us a pre approval letter, and even contacted the listing agent letting them know he could close the loan.

Joe and Tim Lombardo were fantastic to work with, as was the rest of their team. They made the process of buying a home (for a first-time home-owner) extremely easy and as stress-free as possible. I would work with these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We had what Joe called a "headache loan" situation--I'm a freelance writer & my husband was in the middle of changing jobs. But he let us know we had options in terms of closing, and was very up front about all the closing costs. He was the third lender we went to trying to buy our first house, but we immediately knew he was the one for us! I would absolutely recommend him.

Joe and his team were indispensable during our home buying process. We started out with another lender who became increasingly difficult to communicate with. After weeks of being approved, just before we were going to offer on a house, they said they couldn't use my income at all due to their student loan calculations.
