He guided me step by step in what I should do to consolidate my debts and bring my credit to a point to get the loan. Joe was amazing. He walked us through every step. I had zero complaints for Joe, however we did have a few hiccups with Amy Adams. She was unresponsive to emails in a timely manner, she never answered the phone when I had attempted to call her. She even sent us an incorrect document which cost us our settlement being pushed back by a week. Shannon our real estate agent had also confirmed that Amy was uncommunicative.
