Joe is very professional and there were few times that he did not have and answer about something, but would always get an answer that same day. He answered his phone no matter the time nor day. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable sums up the interaction I had with Joe. As for Tidewater, same thing, great company, on their game with responsiveness and got the job done.

As a first time home buyer I knew absolutely nothing about buying a house or financing. Joe answered every question I had, and through our chats he answered questions I didn't even know to ask. Joe is EXTREMELY quick to reply and can provide cost sheets and estimates in an instant. This was so helpful to us because so many homes were going under contract in just hours.
