Joe was really ontop of everything, from beginning to end. Communication was great and he was always available for questions, etc. He explained everything well and really guided me through the whole process. And did everything he could (successfully) to make our target closing date, despite many hurdles along the way. Highly recommend!

Joe is simply the best! For a first time home buyer he made the whole process effortless! He explained everything out, answered EVERY little question we would have AND he would contact us to check in to see how we were doing! What a nice guy! We would love to hear from him as he would give us updates throughout the loan process since we had a quick closing. As a first time home buyer, the lending process can be daunting and at times confusing. Joe was super responsive and always available to answer the (many) questions I had. He explained every step of the home buying process in depth and made sure we fully understood everything. Joe was also able to get us an awesome rate, saving us a ton of money overall. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers and most definitely goes above and beyond when it counts!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe on two separate occasions: a refinance and purchase of a new home. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and always made himself available to answer questions. I was able to find some competitive offers, but Joe worked hard to make sure I got the best deal. From start to finish, the entire mortgage process was seamless.
