3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Quality is good but service side needs improvement. I received 3-4 appointments to get an estimate when we already had the estimate done. Then, the estimate wasnt delivered to insurance for weeks where insurance asked me to use another body shop as they were not getting answers. 4 Star : Repair Quality fixed nicely but missing emblem 3 Star : Customer Service Took a long time to get an estimate to insurance. But the quality of work is good.
