5 Star : My Experience Mr. Walter, Ms. Stacy & Ms. Joslyn - ALL gave superb Customer Service. It was great receiving regular status updates via texts which minimized my need to call. AND I was also able to speak w/Mr. Walter directly, if needed. When I first brought my truck in Ms. Stacy patiently listened & very competently explained the process.
