Juan Soto was absolutely great, he was very clear about the service's available and prices. I went for a standard oil change and inspection but ended up getting a HVAC treatment that Juan recommended to an issue I spoke to him about. Overall, I'll be going back and will request him by name so I can have the same satisfying service. Very satisfied with my visit to Joe Myers Ford Service Center, Thank you Juan.
