I have been a loyal customer of Joe Myers Ford for almost 30 years. Bought 10-12 vehicles over that time span. I keep coming back because of the Ford vehicles reliability and the great customer service of guys like Joe in the parts department. Calvin Gordon also was great in his assisting me in my recent 2023 Ford XLT purchase.

It was a great experience. I haven't bought from a dealer in over 10 years due to a previous experience. I was glad I bought from Joe Meyers. Kenny Pan was excellent in helping me get my vehicle to a price I was happy with. Devin Peoples was also excellent in explaining everything to me in great detail. The service was excellent -5. I was not at my best when I came in and Mentrell Jackson went above and beyond to resolve my seatbelt problems. In addition, he reset my grandchild's car seat and showed me how to do it explaining as he went. He changed a bad start to my day into a positive experience. Thank you.

Tried a drive-up (non-scheduled) appointment to get a tire repaired. Dealer didn’t have the tire in stock and was unable to obtain one elsewhere locally due to the widespread power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl. Service manager Phillip Martinez bent over backwards to locate a tire in San Antonio and get it expedited for a next day replacement.
