Everyone involved in my recent maintenance and state inspection, including Brandon the service advisor, and Miles, the technician, provided excellent communication. They found that an airbag sensor was setting off codes. Miles was able to quickly identify the issue and sent me a video describing and showing me what the issue was. Brandon kept me up to date on the status of the part being ordered and the completion of the inspection and maintenance.
The entire staff from the owner to the service rider to the service manager treated me like family. The video of my cars servicing was an added bonus, thanks to the technician
