I have been here at this dealership on 3 separate occasions as a customer. I must say I have never left there less than satisfied. I am always treated with respect and kindness. On my 1st visit I assumed it was because they were just trying to make a sale. But even after I purchased my car I have been there twice for service and that same kindness has continued. Which has me convinced that this is just the kind of service they offer here and I absolutely love it there!
I've purchased several vehicles in my life and typically I am not fond of car salesmen as they often come off as untrustworthy. Simon changed my outlook. He was honest, sincere and extremely helpful. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Joe Myers will get my business in the future and I will be referring my family and friends as well.
I worked with David and he went above and beyond to help me and my family find the perfect Mazda to take home. His devotion to customer satisfaction was evident as he willingly pulled a few different cars out for us to get a closer look at in the notoriously unforgiving Houston heat. Brian was amazing! Very helpful and informative, staff was very welcoming and inviting, made us feel very comfortable, answered all our questions and made us feel very appreciated.
The facility is very nice. The people at the service desk are very friendly and helpful. I love the video from the technician who was working on the car. And washing the car before pickup is a very nice touch.
Every time that I've come to the service department, I leave completely satisfied!!! Those guys are awesome!!!
