Fast friendly and Ricardo was very professional, we had never owned a KIA before and the experience was very good.
I had shopped all over Houston to get a car that fit my need. First shopped for a '22 Honda Civic, the '22 Corolla likewise. Then one day, me and my wife dropped by Joe Myers Mazda for a quick look and found our car in the Mazda 3. Great car combined with no-hassle buying experience. We had our first oil change at the dealership a week ago, that service was good and honest also.
The team did a great job and are very professional. However, the dealership is not very clean and needs upgraded.
Our sales person was Eric and he was awesome he was knowledgeable and patient. The numbers guy was Favi also very nice and helpful!

Whether it be service or buying a vehicle I wouldn't have any other company take care of me. I've been working with these guys for over a decade. Everyone in my family has purchased a vehicle from them and that speaks volumes. If you want to be more than a customer and feel like family I'd give them a visit.
Kaleb was super cool in the pre owned lot and made sure we weren’t rushed! First time car buyer and he made sure we got taken care of without too much haggle! Definitely better and easier day then expected!
