Supposed that I paid for bumper to bumper service even for dents on my car I asked for that and they say that its not covered a scratch on my bumper and then they told me that every service on my car they should wash my car and nothing... customer service is really bad I regret bought my car at joe Mayers

Pretty poor. Brought in for service. They did most everything right. Alignment was off so I had my daughter take back to have steering wheel moved to center, they had it at 7 and 1. She waited 4.5 hours. And all they did was flip the front tires. Called back and they said sorry, bring in am and we will get this fixed. 5 hours later my daughter is still sitting there.
Spent a lot of money during this visit! It was not necessary to change transition oil and I did and was charged an arm and a leg!
