Great Service Rep and service dept
brought car in due to toyota email about battery safety and also rubbing noise in left front tire/brake. they could not duplicate noise as sound is interrmittant. all was handled efficiently and no charge for inspection.
Ken Braud was great. He explained everything clearly from what service was being performed and what the cost would be. He always treats me like I'm his best customer.
When making my appointment I was told a multi point inspection would be free of charge (it was) and would diagnose my a/c issue. Once I arrived they told me that was untrue (1.5 hours to get there due to Houston traffic). I then had to pay out of pocket for them to "diagnose" what is wrong with my a/c even though it is a 2023 tundra with 16k miles. Presently, I do not have a answer to my a/c issue...a dye is to determine what is wrong. If it falls under the "warranty" they will reimburse me...? fingers crossed, thus far I ha... read more
