If I needed an explanation of the many forms to complete and sign, I received a response in timely response. I did not appreciate forms that I did not know were coming and then the explanation was received later. The reason may have been because more than one entity was sending. Of course, other reason could have been because I have not financed a home for number of years and there were certainly changes. But overall, it got done and would recommend your services to others.
